PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Matt Hull

Looking back through the history of this hospital, I am reminded of how far we have come as a result of only a few who dared to dream for many. It is with a gentle nudge that we must never fear to envision a great future. As Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, “The only limit of our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today. Let us move forward with strong and active faith.”

The tomorrows of healthcare will be vastly different than what we have known in the past and the actions we take now will greatly impact the role and the direction of future generations. Medical technology and medicine is moving faster today than it has ever moved in history, and it is a struggle to keep pace. Our greatest challenge of the present is to continue to be strong in the pursuit of excellence while remaining financially secure in a rapidly-evolving world.

But without fail, the obstacles we face are the same elements that propel us forward. The Stillwater Medical Center has always tried to be proactive in its response to the ever-changing needs of the community, and now more than ever, we need our community to share our foresight and to stand behind us as we move ahead. We have big dreams for our hospital—and big changes —but we know of one thing that will stand firm and unchanging. That is our commitment to everyone.

We invite you to share our hospitals future…and contribute to our success. We are thankful for all those who have contributed and those who will contribute in 2012.
Sincerely,

Sincerely,

Matt Hull
